I have two days of 300 crunches done. My plan is 5 days of cardio this week, lots of abs, and some weights. I don't think I'm loosing this week. Hopefully I can at least maintain and then loose next week. Good luck to all.

if you're doing a crunch correctly it shouldn't put ANY pressure on the neck. just be sure you're not pulling your neck up with your arms... if you have to, keep your hands off your neck totally. look up to the sky instead of at your knees. maybe this will help?

I just wanted to encourage all of you who struggle through the weekends... YOU CAN DO THIS! THIS is YOUR Monday to dominate the scales. Practice self control and portion control! Go out for a bike ride or a walk in the morning or evening, dance around the house, go for a swim, play a game of tennis, it doesn't matter what you do, just move your body!

Oh, and don't forget to drink plenty of water! :-)

You ARE in control. Ask yourself this question... Do I want to look back and WISH I would have done better or do I want to say, "YES! I did it!" Success feels great. Now, get out there and do it! :-)
