Really struggling for the last two weeks. Everything's pointing to TOM (weight gain, cramping, cravings, acne, and irritability), except he hasn't shown up yet. I think the weight loss has definitely thrown my clock off schedule! (and no, I'm definitely not pregnant!)
In addition, I think I'm going through another 9 pound plateau -- my body did this at 9, then at 18, now at 27. Why couldn't it be 10?

I did really good for my exercise goal this week (I did my 1hour plus alot more, this month I am adding another 30 minutes/week) and drank all my water. I still went over 2 days in my calorie intake (forgot about Canada Day celebrations!). all in all, had a good week.:bigsmile: I hope next week I say goodbye to my 220's and hello 210's!0 -

suzooz... Hey! Don't worry about plateauing. Every 10 or 20 lbs for me has been like a "set point" (I guess that's what I call a plateau), where my body just keeps stopping at. Even if I go down, I usually return to this number unless I stay focused on it for a long time, and then I usually reach another one. I had it at 220, 205, 195, and 185. I still haven't reached the next one, and I'm just all over the place sometimes. So here's to you breaking through this 9 lbs set point of yours, and getting to that next one! :drinker:

Hey y'all! Newbie here I've been struggling getting under 160 for a while and I would love to be lighter as I go back to school. I had a terrible bad binge two nights ago and yesterday just took it easy as to ease myself back on track. I can't wait to have tons of binge free days! I am extremely competitive so this should be helpful.
Focus for this week: logging every day. When I don't log, I probably binged or am embarassed at what I ate. I am forcing myself to take responsibility for my actions. It also encourages me to exercise and drink more water. Woohoo!
