Currently at goal of 140, but now working on training for half marathon and strength training to lose body fat... Would love to be a size 6 with everything toned and some abs!!0

I'm 170cm (I think nearly 5"6) and 71kg (156lbs) aiming at 63kg (138lbs). I've been doing some strength training so I might even be happy if I don't quite make it as long as I can get the body fat % down.
I too am 5' 6"
currently at 168...moving towards 150.
I am on day 10 of the 30 Day Shred
and I'm 49 years old.
My goal is 150 for a golf trip I have planned for my husbands 50th birthday in July. I need daily help

I started at 168. I'm 166 now and my ultimate goal is around the 125-130 area0

I'm 5'5 1/2", started at 238, currently 202, with a goal not of weight....but size. I want to be around a size 8, which is when I looked my best in high school. I think I was around 155? I was healthy. I figure I'll re-assess when I get there0

I think I've posted on this thing before, but I'll do it again! haha. I am 5'6. I was originally 260 and when I started MFP I was around 245. I've now lost down to 189. My first ultimate goal is 148, but I think once I get there I would like to work hard to get down to 128.0

I'm 5' 7" started at 162 cw is 140 aiming for 133 (60 kg) or 130 is I can stick it.
I am doing weights and cardio for shape and strength. My bfat % was 32 at start now 27 but aiming for 24 .0 -

I'm 5'6 1/2" (Yes, I count the half) and I weigh 190 but my goal is 165, maybe 160.....I'm sexy and curvacious in all the right places around that goal lol0

My goal is to be what the 'chart' says. But in reality that chart means if I get there, then I can only eat lettuce, drink water and once a week chew on a toothpick. I've never been able to stay at that weight for long.

My goal is to be 145#. That is what the chart says I should be. I just want to be healthy, not SOB when I walk up stairs or hills and have more energy. Of course I look better, too. Added bonus, but not the main reason I want to do this.0 -

I started at 218 and am now at 205 now. I'm aiming for 168 to start with but when I get there I want to loose another 21, then I'll be very happy.0

I'm just a hair under 5'6" and I've set my goal to 135. I may end up reassessing as I get closer, though. That number was originally set because when I weighed 140 (several years ago - NOT what I weigh now) I still thought I needed to lose another 5 - 10 pounds. People told me I didn't but they also didn't see what I looked like without clothes on. At any rate, I wasn't working out back then and I am now. I suspect that me at 140 working out will look MUCH different than me at 140 and not working out. So there it is. Shooting for 135, but I'm more interested in how clothes fit, how I look, etc. than what the scale ultimately says.0

My starting weight is 151
Goal weight is 135
My lowest weight ever when I was 20 was 129! Dont think I can ever get back to that! But my Ultimate goal would be 130 = happy weight!!~0 -

i starting at 150 and goal is 135.0 -
I am currently 192 hoping to get to 150 and then I'll decide if I want to go lower.0

LOVE this thread - I was wondering what others my height were aiming for. I'm 5'6" started at 185 lbs and goal weight for now is 150, then I will reassess. I have a medium-large frame so I think 140-150 will probably be "right" for me, but won't know for sure till I get there.0

I started at 172lbs, am now 167lbs I really want to be 140lbs!0
