Drop it like it's hot!
I'm having a minor setback with a bad back this week. It's still pretty sore this morning, but I'm hoping as the day goes on it will loosen up enough for me to at least get in a brisk walk today. I'm going to pass on lifting any weights or doing my rock star kettlebell workout, don't want to push it too much. I'm at 2274 calories burned for the week, going to try my hardest to get to 3500.

I've got about 1000 calories to go and I already did my normal exercise for today....going to try my hardest to make it between today and tomorrow , something tells me I might be working out in my living room tomorrow night trying to rack up my last few calories!0

I just wanted to stop in and apologize to the Jalapeno Hotties for being "out of commission" this week since Tuesday. I've gotten doctor's orders to not do ANY physical activity, including lifting my babies until Monday:sad:
I've been bummed out about it all week long, but Monday I will be starting up again slowly.. I WILL get my 3500 calories in next week, no matter what. Great job to all my fellow teammates for all the hard work!0 -

Not sure I'm going to hit 3500 this week
. I did go on the stationary bike last night and managed 15 minutes before the muscle spasms kicked in. I have to work today so am going to walk on my breaks and during my lunch. Should help to loosen my back (I hope) and to burn a little bit.
