This is a closed group I am affraid.

A challenge is a general term referring to things that are imbued with a sense of difficulty and victory.

We are going for Victory!!!

Welocme back to everyone who has joined us from Junes challenge!

I am going to start a challenge for thoose guys looking to acheive something in 1 month! The challenge will start on the 1st July and end on the 1st August.

So on the 1st and weekly there after I would like you to post this with your current weight!

Goal Weight for August 1st:

I think a goal of 2 pounds a weeks will be the most popular - but it can be anything u like. I would like to keep the discussion going thoughout the month to help encourage people that may be struggling and pat each other on the back when we have done well.

    I am in. Last month had a few complications in regards to weighing in, heck I haven't gotten to weigh myself in about 2.5 weeks lol. I'll be weighing in tomorrow then posting =D Thanks again Pink, and good luck this month to you!

    I am making a realistic goal for myself this month!! I am hoping to stay at 194 for the week of vacation and then 2 lbs a week for the rest of the month!! At the end of the month will be celebration for me...my family is coming to visit me in South Korea!!! It will have been 7 months since i have seen them!!! :)

    Since I sucked this month at the challenge...Gained 3 pounds! I am definitely in for the July challenge.

    My husband fixed my scale yesterday. It seemed a little off...maybe it needs recalibrated. Maybe I should get a new scale. It's never good when the doctor's office scale is less than your home scale!!!

    I am In... I did not get to my goal in June.. I got to this time. my b-day is fast approaching and also my alaskan cruise.. I need to do this..good motivator

    Do you know I think I vaguely remember signing up for the June challenge and then forgetting all about it! I will be doing this one! So I will weigh in tomorrow! I hope to lose at least 7 pounds if not more!

    I am definitely in July's challenge because last month really sucked for me,:sad: btw my ending weight for June is 156.0 - UGHHH!!!! Anyway I'm in and hopefully things will go a lot better than last time so here goes!:tongue:
