    Oops, nearly forgot! Thanks for the reminder. I'll use my weigh in for today to start. Also, I'm challenging myself to stay off the scale for a full week today to next monday so I will be late with my July 8 weigh in but then I'll get on track, hope that's okay!

    I finished out June quite poorly, but I guess I must have been carrying around a lot of water weight because several lbs dropped off in the last week and I certainly wouldn't lose that much on my (not exactly perfectly followed) 1 lb a week plan. Good luck this month everyone!

    Hi PP thanks for the reminder, my head has been in the shed just lately as I have to get a key report out for the 8th July. Last month was my worst since i joined in Jan 2011, so lets hope this month can be my best, as I am still going to strive to reach my overall target of 175 lbs by August 1st.

    I'm in again. My husband is supposed to help me stick to the diet this month so I'm hoping that will help me stay on the right track.

    Goal weight for august 1 is 192
    Starting weight is 198.

    My birthday is august 4th, so I really want to meet this goal before then!

    start weight is 127 - I want to get to 126 so really for me it is maintaining BUT I want to really work on toning as its all wobbly?!?!?!?!?!?
