I will have to use my last weight until I can get to a scale next week. Good luck to everyone on this month's challenge. I am hoping it will be a good month for me. I am 1.5 lbs away from my half way point. Last month I finally got out of the obese category and into the overweight category. However, I will be happy just to get out of the 180s which I have in in for a couple of months.

Oops, nearly forgot! Thanks for the reminder. I'll use my weigh in for today to start. Also, I'm challenging myself to stay off the scale for a full week today to next monday so I will be late with my July 8 weigh in but then I'll get on track, hope that's okay!

I finished out June quite poorly, but I guess I must have been carrying around a lot of water weight because several lbs dropped off in the last week and I certainly wouldn't lose that much on my (not exactly perfectly followed) 1 lb a week plan. Good luck this month everyone!0 -

Hi PP thanks for the reminder, my head has been in the shed just lately as I have to get a key report out for the 8th July. Last month was my worst since i joined in Jan 2011, so lets hope this month can be my best, as I am still going to strive to reach my overall target of 175 lbs by August 1st.
