    Almost an incredible 3 pound lost for me!! (2.8 to be exact) Woohoooo! I didn't see that coming.

    155.6 - still working on the plateau! I changed up my workout routine from basically cardio to cardio and quite a bit of strength training so this gain was expected...hope the pounds start to come off soon, good luck folks, woohoo!!

    Traveled for work all week and gained a pound. Wish I felt ok with this, but for some reason I don't.
