    Well, I am happy to take over - although I am looking forward to a MUCH better month in August !!! :-)

    I haven't been able to log in all the time , but I am still being very careful with what I eat. With me it's not that I eat the wrong types of food just TOO MUCH of the right ones. I can still say that the greens are definitely beating the reds . I think I've only been over my allowance on 2 days so far.
