Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Here is the daily update format.

    I am in!! I'm going back home from traveling tomorrow morning (4th of July) and I have to burn all of this off. And normally I only burn around 1400 calories in total a week with exercise, so this will be a HUGE challenge for me!

    I'd love to take part in this, I usually burn around 1200 cals a day but last week have dropped down to about 400-700 a day. fantastic incentive!

  • This is week 3 for me and I am going to UP my goal to 4000 since I have been going over 3500 for the past wks in a row.

    ( didn't change since last week ...probably b/c I got dehydrated one day and REALLY sunburned too )

    I fell way short on Week Two.
    Just missed last week (Week Three).
    I am going for broke. I'm in again for Week Four.

    Im in. Means an average of 500 cals burnt per day. Should be good :smile: will update later with today's cals
