    Weekly Goal: 3500 calories burned
    Mon: 200 calories burned by walking the dog for 55 min.
    Tues: 325 calories burned by doing aerobics for 42 minutes
    Wed: 710 calories burned by going to the gym and doing treadmill, eliptical, and bike
    Thur:292 calories burned by doing arm weights and aerobics for 50 min.
    Fri: 215 calories burned by doing 30 minutes of high intensity aerobics
    Sat: 400 calories burned by going to the gym for 75 minutes.

    I will not reach my goal by tomorrow, but at least I exercised every day this week and tracked it. I suppose if you do the math, you would have to burn at least 500 calories a day to reach 3500 cals/week. I'm exhausted after spending 75 minutes at the gym and only burning 400 calories!! Whoever reaches their goal deserves a trophy. Monday starts a new week and a new challenge!! Good luck everyone to reach your goals by tomorrow!

    Fantastic mountain bike ride in the sun. About 28 km of red and black routes, took us 5 and a half hours but I'm guessing we spent a while over lunch and waiting for each other, so put it down as 4 hours - but I think it'd take all the fun out it trying to get an absolutely accurate figure for this!

    over 669 calories! I am so excited that I have finally passed the 3500 goal. I have tried this for several weeks with no luck so I took off 2 weeks and came back strong this week!

    Admittedly, I didn't get in as many crunches as I wanted to but I did lose this week.

    I am shooting for 6500 this time! Somebody stop me!

    Mon: calories burned: 950, with 30 minutes of calisthenics and weight lifting, 34 minutes of speed work (1 mile warm up, 2x1 mile at 5K with 800m of recovery between, 6x100m strides with 100m of recovery jog between each)
    Tues: calories burned 1519, with 70 minutes of hard cycling on hills with intervals, 40 minutes of commuter bicyling
    Wed: calories burned 1282 with recovery run and short strides, recovery bike, heavy calisthenics and upper body weight training
    Thur:calories burned 1000 kcal running hils 6 miles
    Fri: calories burned 300 kcal sucking at Zumba (which my daughter rocked at)
    Sat:calories burned 1200 kcal 8 mile slow run
    Sun:calories burned 850 6 miles on the bike doing hills, 30 minutes of weights/calisthenics

    WOO HOO!

    I cannot believe I did this.

    To make sure I hit 3500 I just did a minute of jumping jacks. Sure, I don't log in things like cleaning, and sure, I log my 27 minutes of 30DS and other circuit training as 20 minutes, but it's good to see I got to 3500 within my terms. :D

    So psyched I hit this goal. I think I'll take it easy a week and try this again the week after!
