Well, sadly, I didn't get to keep my 196. However, I did *FINALLY* break that plateau! I also broke out of the twos! I'm "officially" 199.8! It's 0.2 under 200, but I'LL TAKE IT! Woo-hoo! We have a week's vacation coming up this week - from W to W, including a wedding and a whole lot of time spent with my family, so... Here's hoping for a maintain-to-loss next Monday! ^_^0

169 again today! Finally... didn't gain sh** over the weekend! Of course, it took LOTS of exercise and a bit more discipline!0

I hate to report it, but I'm up a bit this week. I was at my parents house Thursday-Sunday for my brothers wedding, sil's bridal shower, friends baby shower, rehearsal dinner etc... Next to no time to work out...
Scale said 216.4 this morning. *sigh* and going on vacation again this weekend and may not be able to get my weight in on Monday since I dont get back until Monday evening. Just trying to make the best choices I can. I KNOW it's better choices than they would have been a year ago though!!
So, I fell back asleep after I posted and when I just woke up now I re-weighed and am now coming in at 215.8... Can I go with that instead? Haha0 -

Hi Pin-Ups!! My weight stayed the same this week... just as I thought since I lost a little more last week when I wasn't feeling too hot. Plus, here comes my accountability, I've eaten way too much during the past 3 days and didn't exercise at all last week. :grumble: However, today is a new day and the beginning of a new week and I plan on REEEEALLY buckling down to keep the momentum going. Congrats to those who have stayed focused and lost and for those of you in the same boat as me... let's kick some butt this week!! We can do this!!:happy:0

155...my numbers are moving in the wrong direction...I need to get motivated again....have been weight training again..my 4th week...maybe it was a one pund gain of muscle because my cousin's bf did compliment me this weekened asking if i'm still losing weigh cuz he noticed...I told him no but thanks for noticing...maybe next week!! :-(0

Weighing in at 188.6 today. I'm up for this week, but not as much as I was a few days ago. I find my weight goes up with strength training, but my inches go down. I've lost half an inch from my waist and an inch off my hips from the last measurements I recorded. I'm also wearing pants that haven't fit for a couple of years. It's working despite the numbers on the scale.0

180.4 this week. So close to being out of the 180's and into the 170's!!! But I was also camping for 4 days so I am surprised that I lost (thought I would gain). Pretty happy with where I am sitting right now! I have my final weigh in for the canyon county weight loss challenge on Saturday so I really really need to push myself this week. I am doing the advocare herbal cleanse this week too. I am really hoping (probably unrealistically) to lose 5lb! I need to double up on my workouts and really really watch what I eat and how much water I consume. Here's to a busy week of trying my hardest to get off as much weight as possible! Have a fantastic week pin-ups! :happy:

Hi ladies! No loss to report this week, but I did gain and I'm too thrilled about it. I'm at 215. I spent most of last wek sick in bed, but now that I'm finally feeling better, I'll be going hard this week. Congrats to the losers, and have a great week!0
