    does it cake up like a pancake? is there any of the banana slimy texture there or is it all gone because of the egg once cooked?

    YES its a perfect QUICK meal...:) I make them for dinner often! :D

    @rain31982: its not AS FLUFFY as a regular pancake, obviously...but the slimyness of the banana is gone once its cooked....its SO good!!!

    I"ve ALSO heard that you cane make 'pancakes' with oatmeal and egg whites..I haven't tried it yet....but could be delish..especially since I LOVE oatmeal!!! :) Eeeekkk....new recipes excite me!! bahaha
