    Again a HRM sounds like a good plan for you.

    I won't be able to afford a HRM for a few months at least.
    Same here. I had a clear out yesterday so I'm listing some bits on ebay to hopefully get some cash together.

    Recovery day for this rower today :-) Will shoot for a good run tomorrow a.m. since it's a double. Hmmm, will have to figure out Sat/Sun since won't have time for my long run on Sat and that is triple day... Have a great calorie burning (or recovering) day all!

    Sounds good to me. I'm thinking about Saturday too. Shame it's not my swim day; I go with someone who works four days on then off, so Sat is out.

    Sorry guys. I was feeling very weak yesterday, and I'm not sure why. Still feeling weak today, but I have done some exercise. I'll wait to update though, because I might take a walk later tonight too. Anyways, I'm not really motivated anymore. I doubt I'll contribute much in this competition. I understand if you guys want to find a replacement.

    You are having a laugh aren't you? Why we want to replace you?? Any contribution you make is equally as important as anyone else's. Hopefully you're just having a tough couple of days and will be back on form soon, its tough to keep up the motivation and you have done so well in losing your weight its understandable that you'll have some tough days. Take it easy and look after yourself

    Well, I have had no motivation today whatsoever and have been the biggest procrastinator but I did finally manage to do some type of exercise. Not as much as I would of liked but tomorrow is another day. 237 for today!
