    Good Morning everyone....it is still really rainy and dreary here on the east coast. Posting my weight for the week, I do enjoy posting in a chart or columns so that I clearly see there is a difference and a change. Oh and here is a Plus... my goal jeans ....are now LOOOSEE:) YIPPIE:drinker:

    Does anyone know how many weeks until Christmas?

    So I weighed myself this morning, scale said 124.4 , not sure if it's right as I had seen 123 earlier in the week, I have only had the scale for about a week, and it is breaking, will be returning it today for a different one, hope u guys are doing well

    our bodies fluctuate a LOT -- this morning my scale said 178.8.

    I love your new pic by the way, you look really pretty (and your hair looks amazing).

    So status on my increased calories for those that are interested - Upped my cals for 1450 to 1600 (set my activity level one higher) AND had a ridiculous cheat day last sunday (2400 calories WITHOUT the 3 shots of rum I had). This week's intake looked like:

    2400+
    1500
    1700
    1400
    1300 (this was bad actually, I was hungry )
    1700
    1800

    The zig zagging wasn't deliberate, I just kind of gave myself permission to eat when I was hungry or thought I might be hungry and eat a before and after workout snack/meal when appropriate. I found that sometimes even if I didn't think I was hungry when i'd bite into my recovery snack/meal I'd suddenly be super hungry and wolf it down.

    I didn't lose a ton obviously but I lost more than I lost last week (which was nothing) and I had a LOT more energy this week than the last few. So Im going to stick with the increased calories another week and see how it goes.

    Thanks Tameko, you are so sweet , so I went back to target to change my scale and they only had a weight watch scale , it calculates bone mass, hydration level, and body fat, I really like the sleek design , anybody else have a weight watchers scale by conair and how do u like it

    Glad you're all doing well - wondered what was going on with the locked thread! :blushing:

    I'm weighing in and well on track, feels amazing to think I have 21lb to go to get to my xmas goal so at 1.5lbs for 14 weeks left it feels achieveable still. :bigsmile:

    Thanks so much to you all and MFP for helping me get to the lowest weight I've been for 14 years and feeling that I CAN do this finally. I must admit I still feel 'fat' in pictures etc but people are truly noticing how much I've lost now, along with smaller clothes of course they are great NSV's.

    Hope you're having fun losing and looking forward to Autumn / Fall. I'm off to Uni next week so looking forward to that, although worried about losing out on riding as my main exercise.. I'm planning on adding a gym session or three a week. First time in a gym for a LONG time! :noway:

    scale is saying good things to me right now, I want it to be true very badly. we'll see what happens friday.

    Hope everone else is having a good week. I failed at calorie cycling today, I couldn't eat 2100 calories today if you paid me.

    222.2 this week so I'm down 2lbs from last week. At least it's a step in the right direction.

    weighing in at 160.8 this week.... I am an avid scale checker, so I am slightly disappointed as earlier on this week I was at 159.2 ......Very upsetting to be back to the 160s again. But, it will all come in due time I suppose.

    Weighing in this week at 215 lbs even steven. Down 0.4 from last week. I'll take it! That's 2 less butter sticks of me.

    p.s. Today's profile picture = my motivation to exercise this weekend. This is what 5% body fat percentage and 48% muscle looks like . (The rest if water, tissue and bones = my triathlete son.)

    I'm beyond surprised, I really thought I was going to gain this week. It was an emotional roller coaster of health concerns and I had pasta for way too many meals including some days both lunch and dinner. Though I always managed to stay under 1700, thank god..

    I finally Hit 50 POUNDS LOST, I sure hope I never find them again.
