I'm done for the week!:happy: Tomorrow is my rest day and I am in need of one. I killed myself this week at the gym. No kids for a week while they were visiting grandparents so I actually could go to they gym. Next weeks calorie goal won't be nearly as high but hope to still but in a good effort. Almost made it!!! I went out of town this weekend so I am actually quite impressed. I did go to an art fair and walked around for almost 3 hours so I probably did make it. Next weeks goal 4000!0 -
Had a stellar day after rest day. Did 1656 calories with 50 mins of walking, 50 inclined walking, 35 mins strength training and 90 mins at the golf range. Crazy week goal for next week is 1000 calories a day so 7000 again.
