    Wed - 6 fruits & 2 veggies...20 fruits & 18 veggies to go!
    Thu - 6 fruits & 4 veggies...14 fruits & 14 veggies to go!
    Fri - 6 fruits & 5 veggies....8 fruits & 9 veggies to go!
    Sat - 6 fruits & 4 veggies...2 fruits & 5 veggies to go!
    Sun - goose-egg today!...fell short by 2 fruits and 5 veggies. :cry:

    I will eat 3 fruits and 3 veggies a day.
    Monday 3 fruits and 3 veggies
    Tuesday 3 fruits and 5 veggies (6 if you count pickles!)
    Wednesday 3 fruits and 5 veggies
    Thursday 1 fruit :( and 8 veggies
    Friday 3 fruits and 4 veggies
    Saturday 3 fruits and 5 veggies
    Sunday 3 fruits and 7 veggies

    I have to say this past three days have being a challenge for me i was eating everything that i have not being eating in years or a very long time maybe because i had so many family members around my son was here (my baby) family from all over.. but my fruit and veggie did not suffer ..I love all the fruits we get in the summer and love to put my veggies on the grill ..I see all my Challenge Buddies are keepin up and you all doing awesome I so happy to be a part of this with you all.

    Summer Sweets and Treats Challenge: 35 servings of veggies this week -- 5 per day.

    M = 6
    T = 3
    W = 0 :grumble:
    T = 6
    F = 4
    S = 3
    S = 1

    Total veggies consumed were 23. Fell short but I loved the challenge because I know this is an area I need to work on for sure and will focus on it more now that I really see how short I do fall on veggies. Challenges make me more mindful.

    Now that I'm back - I will commit to at least 4 servings of veggies and 2 fruit per day

    Wednesday: 4 veggie, 2 fruit
    Thursday: 3 veggie, 1.5 fruit
    Friday: 3 veggie, 0 fruit :ohwell:
    Saturday: 1 veggie, 1 fruit
    Sunday: 0 veggie, 0 fruit :grumble:

    Well, I totally ended up bombing on the challenge! Was stuck at a conference on Saturday and there was very little healthy to eat, as for yesterday - absolutely NO excuse! We went to brunch, and I won't count the veggies or salsa in the machaca as anything. Was full from that until it was time to eat dinner and won't count the black beans and salsa in the left over Chipotle burrito either. UGH! I like veggies and fruit, but usually steer a little clear of the fruits (due to carbs). Looking forward to this weeks challenge!
