    Reflection: I worked so hard all the way up until my vacation in June. I was so proud of myself. A little too proud. I have been out of my routine for weeks now. But I had to stop being hard on myself and allow myself the time off.

    Now I am ready to step it up again. Last week I worked out 3 times! I have not done this since June. This week I have already worked out twice. So I think I have found my stride again. 130 I have my eyes on you!!:devil:
