couldn't figure out why I had been slacking off so badly then I realized I left the stroller in the car.
So back to walking and getting closer to my goal at 740 min now.0 -
Too humid for me today, so I did 20 min. on the eliptical.0

I've reached my 700 minutes goal!
I started out with 500 minutes and doubted I'd get there but I did that in 12 days! So I added some more and now I've reached that too!
I'm going to challenge myself to 1000 minutes for september.
I might get a pedometre to track the distances now. I'd love to know the miles I've done.0 -
