No walk today I have a very bad migraine and it is kicking my butt0

Finally got in my 2nd walk, a short one at 1.81 km, so I met my daily goal of 5 km/day0

8/8/11 ~ 5 miles (Outside) 1st day of couch to 5k
8/9/11~ 4.5 miles (1 mile at home other 3.5 outside) 2nd day of couch 2 5k
getting ready to walk for today very soon0 -
I managed another 60 minutes today
I don't think we'll make the post dinner walk as my son only had half a nap due to the workmen here and so he's grumpy and already ready for his bed!0 -
2.75 miles added the last 2 days, up to 19.25 almost 1/5 of the way there!0

Hi everyone , can I join in the fun? I walk indoor mostly now due to the triple digit temps here in Texas. Late getting started but my goal is 60 mies by the end of the month!! 4 miles for me today + 20 min of strength training . Looking forward to getting to know you all better!!

Hey everyone!! I've been seriously slacking on here lately sorry. Hopefully will be back to regular posting next week but for now here's what I've got so far this month.

I will try and walk tonight if I can. I think I pulled a muscle in the top of my leg.
It is sore to walk. Maybe take some Aleve today and get relief.
