    I broke a pedal on my bike and I decided to take it easy until the replacements came in. I am now back in action and at 324 minutes month to date.

    I managed 10 minutes on the elliptical; dr said no more than 15 min. Thanks Stephanie for allowing me to keep logging even though I can't meet the 24hrs. I'm going to try to get to 500 by the end of the month.
