Looking good everyone! We have about a week and a half left in August (which is kind of sad because summer's gone) but the good news is that we're burning the calories away!

I would but I'm still not sure I'd be able to do the whole 1440 minutes because of the back. :frown:

I'm not doing a good job logging my time here, but luckily my garmin watch does a descent job. I am up to 20 Hours 58 minutes month to date. I am going to get a new bike delivered on Thursday so I know I'll be putting in some hours over the weekend.

Thanks Stephanie! I'm pretty sure I'll have to see a physical therapist or something; I wonder if that would count towards exercise? What do you think? If that's the case I may actually hit 24 hours because I will do other things also.

I did do some walking yesterday but I haven't updated my ticker yet; will do that this afternoon.

Hey everyone, you all are doing great! Sorry I have not been updating or checking in...I've been dealing with these migraines for a few weeks now so I haven't been able to get much exercise in. But it looks like they are finally starting to subside so I can't wait to get back to exercising! I'm definitely going to be in for this challenge in September!

    Keep up the good work!

I hope your migranes get better, I have a friend who had them and she would get so sick.

I'm having harder time than I thought getting my HRM to get into zone 2!!! I may have to cheat a little :frown: and only count zone 1 exercise.
