    I managed 10 minutes on the elliptical; dr said no more than 15 min. Thanks Stephanie for allowing me to keep logging even though I can't meet the 24hrs. I'm going to try to get to 500 by the end of the month.

    It's really all about moving your body, I'm happy that you're here with us and I look forward to your 500 :)
