    Hi, my start weight was 184.5 and I now weight 176. Thats an 8.5lbs loss for august. Yippee!

    8 pounds lost in August! down from 170 to 162 :D. Sorry I haven't been that vocal, busy busy few weeks. Looking forward to this months challenge!
