    I was taught to drink 1/2 my body weight in oz. in water. I love water:drinker: :bigsmile: Water is vital to staying healthy and losing weight...water is pretty awesome stuff!:drinker:

    I know when I HAVE to drink water while I exercise or I wont make it!! Gives me so much more energy!!

    Yeah getting my 24 cups a day sometimes is difficult FC then others I get there and I feel thirsty and want more weird huh!

    Without this extra water, your muscles will become dehydrated. Muscle movement depends on how hydrated you are, so if they are dry, they will not work as well. As a result, your workout will not be as productive as you would like.

    That's a really good point! It explains why I personally find it easier to exercise later during the day than in the morning.. Or at least it gives me something to blame when I don't do so well in the morning - dehydration. Thanks for sharing the article! :flowerforyou:

    I used to NEVER drink plain old water. I bought the sparkling fruit mineral water and would drink at least a litre of that a day. Probably not so good for me as it contains aspartame. For the past 4 days I have managed to drink 8 glasses of plain old water a day, YAY!!! That is HUGE for me! Even my hubby has noticed :noway:

    I have gotten better about drinking water I add little lime juice to it for little flavor with ALOT of ice!!!
