This will be my first challenge since joining MFP. It is just what I am needing to give me an extra boost!

Self-Challenge: Workout for 1 hr, 5 days a week
Self-Challenge2: Eat all of my calories!

OK, my first check in.... I am 10 days in and 2 pounds down. I still have 4 pounds for this months challenge and I am gonna do it! I have been logging in everyday, every meal and working out most days.
SW: 176
CW: 174.4
GW: 169 for challenge.

Aug. 12th (13th) - 150.6 (It was a very active week, but also ate whatever / pretty pleased with no gain!)

Your personal self-challenge for August: Challenge myself to stay under sugar allowance daily. I also want to challenge myself to start adding some jogging in with my daily walks.
