    I'll be on a bus all day traveling home from out of town. If the bus gets there on time, I'm going to run home, drop off my bags and high-taile it up to a Zumba class. <3

    I did 25 minutes Denise Austin boot camp cardio and strength training. It was my first time with this particular routine and I almost didn't make it through it but I held on and kept pushin forward.

    Whipped my butt. I sweated buckets. It was hot yoga.
