Treadmill hills/interval training for 30 minutes, about 2.5 miles total. Then 40 minutes of weight lifting. Total newbie with weights and hope to God I sleep well tonight! I already know I'll be sore in the morning. No pain, no gain, lol.
But seriously, not to the point of injury. But that dull soreness after a hard workout!0 -
I tried the hot yoga class. It was an epic fail.

Now that's a Great idea! Whether at work or at home! Question: Im really not into running outdoors. After a broken hip and replacement surgery, I'm easing back into exercise.
