    43 mi club ride planned. Decided to run a quick 5K before heading out. File that under "seemed like a good idea at the time." Fast forward to the club ride: I missed a turn and ended up 50 miles. It was a nice day, though, but I bonked hard at mile 45-ish. Luckily I found a half eaten energy bar hiding in a jersey pocket.

    Saturday and Sunday I worked double shifts. I'm a waitress in a high volume restaurant so I did plenty of walKing and lifting heavy trays. I work again today but I'll still do my 30 minutes to fitness best body workout before work. Although staying is bed is quite tempting!

    The weekends are my version of "go hard" or "go home" so Monday's are a little more relaxed - I'll do 60 minutes on elliptical trainer and 30 minutes of strength training my upper body (my legs are spent).
