    Legs are sore from yesterday
    Today:
    Chest: Bench press, Cable flies
    Back: Lat pulls, rows
    Shoulders: Lateral cable raises, presses
    Stomach: crunches
    Cardio: StairMill 45 minutes

    I did 30 min. training program on my treadmill and 30 min on my eliptical afterwards.

    Walking between 3 and 5 miles around a local high school track with weights on my wrists. I would do different upper body exercises in the turns and straights. Going to start that again soon.

    Session 1 15k on the rower.
    Session 2 5k on the rower, 20k on the bike finished with 30 minutes on the revolving stairs listening to the Rocky soundtrack.
    Leaves gym after midnight........... mental .....

    Forgot spent 2hrs doing resistance training.

    Might take a day off.
