    Didn't hit the gym yet today but last night i did 10 min on the treadmill: 3mph and level 15 incline, 20 min on the arc trainer and then did weight training on my triceps chest and shoulders.

    C2 Rower Intervals. Damper @ 10. Was going to do 10x250m rows <135/500m. Ended up killing myself w/ 5x500m rows <140/500m, 168BPM HR. Wasn't ready for the 500m intervals yet.

    I did 45 minutes of high intensity spinning and around half an hour of lifting weights! I also did a LOT of walking B)
