    Exercise of the day: holding a plank for 1 minute, 20 seconds. Yes!!

    Bicycle to work and back home: total of 6 miles

    Plus SL workout:

    Squats: 5 x 5 @ 135 lbs.
    Bench Press: 5 x 5 @ 85b lbs.
    Barbell Rows: 5 x5 x @ 90 lbs.

    Day 2 of Level 1 30 Day Shred. Really wondering if I'm going to manage level 2..! So unfit! But if it is too much, I guess I could carry on Level 1 for a little longer :)

    I tried Shred and lasted about five days. Found it boring. :)

    Yesterday, I did my regular Power Sculpt class and made an audio tape while she was teaching so I can repeat it at home during the week.

    Today I'm meeting friends for a 30 mile, round trip, relaxed bike ride to the Botanical Gardens in the Bronx and returning via the just reopened High Bridge.

    30 minute Barre workout with Jessica Smith on youtube in the morning and a 30 minute walk with my dog in the evening.

    I did 30 minutes of spinning, 10 minutes of elliptical, 10 minutes of rowing and one hour walking for todays cardio! I also did a 40 minute upper body strength workout!
