For everyone that has been slacking (aka me) lately here is the deal. Tomorrow, I'm asking for everyone to burn at least 300 calories before the day is over.
Pledge the 300 by commenting on this post. Follow up post when you burn those 300 tomorrow and how you did it. If you pledge you owe 300 calories! No excuses!
I'll be "collecting" those calories tomorrow at midnight (your timezone time will apply...) And no by "collecting" I don't mean I get to eat the calories you burned off!... you know what i mean
