  • I pledge to burn over 300 calories tomorrow! I have been slacking on my calorie burning the last few weeks. I went from 5 days a week to 3 days a week. Thanks for the challenge! :wink:

    well....going up north tomorow....so we will be on the ATV's....dunno how much calories that will burn..........I wouldn't know how to log that period!! We don't really do easy trails!

    Thanks and I will....love the north love to ride.....love the outdoors....Im pretty sure I will burn more then 300 tomorow...and def for the rest of the weekend...however...I fear that the beer might add some calories. ..:( it s hard not to have a couple cold ones in the bush :( after a long and aching ride!!!

    Treadmill, elliptical & boxing ...

    Pro's: It felt good & was complimented twice in the locker room :blushing:
    Con: the trainers mean-mugged me the whole time...guess they didn't like that I haven't been in months. :embarassed:

    25 min. Stationary Bike moderate effort = 172

    Now I'm hungry!
