    This will be my first time accepting a challenge! But why put off 'til tomorrow, what you can do today? I pledge 300 for today AND tomorrow!!! Thanks for the motivation.

    I'm in! I overate 183 cals today so I'll burn them off tomoro too. So thats 483 I owe :o)

    Im up to 550, and the day is not over yet!
  • From one slacker to another..I give to you 316 calories!. Great challenge..really motivated me today.

    Challenge complete...morning jog burned 298 (so close!!) Afternoon walk brought total up to 400cals!!

    It took every fiber in my slacker being to actually burn these 300 calories, but here it goes:
    Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile) for 25 mins. 307 calories.

    Great job everyone keep on burning!

    OK ~ walking (156), stair stepping (241) and washing car (89) = 486 calories burned
    BTW - I found a site that has lots of activities that aren't listed here. http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.php
  • Done over 1100 calories burned so far today between Water aerobics and heavy duty cleaning. Still got half the house to go so I know I will be burning more calories!!!

    Got in over 300 calories, walking to a Leslie Sandstone DVD, It's waaay too hot to do anything outside :grumble:

    457 - 380 running 3 miles in 23 minutes, the rest was a mix of plyometrics and calisthenics.

    676!!!!!!!!!!!1 LOADS of walking (which I never do) and 40 mins zumba class

    I was just thinking I would have to find this thread to update...and then it was just there in front of my face!! lol

    I did Ripped in 30 - Level 1 and burned 300 calories (don't have HRM so just going off of the website). I also only log actual workouts (and swimming and walking) but I probably burned some by doing laundry and sewing and random house stuff.

    Isn't me! I burned 340 doing Jillian's Ripped in 30 week 3....
