Challenge complete...morning jog burned 298 (so close!!) Afternoon walk brought total up to 400cals!!0

It took every fiber in my slacker being to actually burn these 300 calories, but here it goes:
Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile) for 25 mins. 307 calories.

OK ~ walking (156), stair stepping (241) and washing car (89) = 486 calories burned

Done over 1100 calories burned so far today between Water aerobics and heavy duty cleaning. Still got half the house to go so I know I will be burning more calories!!!0
