    I'm in! I overate 183 cals today so I'll burn them off tomoro too. So thats 483 I owe :o)

    Challenge complete...morning jog burned 298 (so close!!) Afternoon walk brought total up to 400cals!!

    It took every fiber in my slacker being to actually burn these 300 calories, but here it goes:
    Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile) for 25 mins. 307 calories.

    Great job everyone keep on burning!

    OK ~ walking (156), stair stepping (241) and washing car (89) = 486 calories burned

    Done over 1100 calories burned so far today between Water aerobics and heavy duty cleaning. Still got half the house to go so I know I will be burning more calories!!!

    Special thanks for JStarnes for making her slacking post to help motivate me to create this post and for gwynnehamer's push to make me get off my slacker butt and actually do this 300 calorie burn by collecting the calories from the collector :D

    457 - 380 running 3 miles in 23 minutes, the rest was a mix of plyometrics and calisthenics.
