    What is so amazing about fish oil?? I do take a vitamin, should I add fish oil?

    Thank you so much for this post! I have been feeling so frustrated because I feel like I'm not getting anywhere with my weight lost and really felt like giving up. But your post made me re-evaulate what I may be doing wrong and I'm going to keep moving forward and using the advice that you gave in this great post. Thanks!

    Can you tell me how many calories I need to eat to lose weight? Take note I have hypothyroidism and I am finding it very hard to
    lose weight.

    My stats are as follows:
    Female 47
    185 Lbs.
    5'1"
    I exercise at the gym 4-5 days a week. Zumba, body pump, core class & Body Combat

    Doctors are no help. I had one doctor tell me at my age it is very hard to lose weight. I think with the amount
    of effort I am putting in I should be at goal by now. I have been trying to lose weight for 2 years now. Granted I
    have lost 20 lbs., but I believe that is due to exercise. I do NOT overeat, I have cut out alot of my bad carbs, I eat
    bread about once a week, so most of my carbs are good carbs. I hope someone can help me.
