Leah, getting sick in the summer is the worst!! And I am with you on counting housework, sometimes you just have to (especially those of us who do housework so rarely it becomes a workout).
My favorite exercising is dancing! Zumba, Just Dance, greek dancing, whatever, I LOVE to dance! I'm just not very good at it.0 -

Ok, QOTD: My favorite type of exercise- running in races, I've run in about 6 this year- ranging from 2 miles to a half-marathon. I've got a few more lined up yet till it gets super cold. I have also found that I LOVE circuit training- curves style, only I change it up a bit and add some p90x moves inbetween the strength stuff. I haven't done it in a while, but I always have a great time when I do it!0

My favorite exercise.... hmmm..... Me & exercise are not friends right now so I must say none of them! lol But I'm doing c25k (and I feel like it's killing me), and a lot of walking. At over 300 pounds (and the biggest person in the group. sniff, sniff), I'm pushing myself as hard as I can right now, but I know it will get better & I am sticking to it! I used to enjoy running, riding my bike (just bought new intertubes but haven't put them on yet), and the eliptical, although I don't think I could do 5 mins on it right now & we can't afford a gym membership. So I'm bound to free exercises for now but currently on the hunt for a super deal on Wii fit & board. I think I may enjoy that since it's kinda like a game.... just a sweaty one. haha0

My favorite exercise right now is running/walking. I'm doing C25K for the second time. I had so much success with it last year and fell in love with running. I wish I hadn't stopped. So I started again and just finished up week 1.
I also really really want to get back to doing my Jillian workouts. If I could just drag my lazy butt out of bed at 5:30 and get it done.0 -
