Highs of last week: I was able to manage a few yoga poses that I have not been able to do up until now. Felt good both mentally and physically. Also, I measured myself again and discovered that I have lost almost 3 inches all around.
Lows of last week: Kind of got off track mentally. I wasn't motivated to workout as I had been and I was less conscious of my food.
How to Improve (the lows): Stop eating crap and workout more! I think I'm back on track!
Tips or Tricks: VEGGIES! VEGGIES! VEGGIES! WATER! WATER! WATER! Get off my butt!!!!

Aprox Minutes of Weekly Exercise: according to MFP, 416. i can't even convert that to hours, my brain hurts.
Highs of last week: actually EXERCISED. i am feeling better.
Lows of last week: too much eating out.
How to Improve (the lows): cook more at home, i will save money and know exactly what i am putting in my mouth! if i do go out, check the menu beforehand if possible.
Tricks: Keep your eye on the prize! AND using the recipe builder thing on MFP. it's a great tool.
in other news, i've booked my plane tickets home for Christmas!!! i have not been home for Christmas since 2009!!! i am so excited, and i get to see my brand new niece!!! ahhh so many exclamation points!!0 -

HIGHS OF LAST WEEK: finally feel truly back on track. feel like i rocked it out this week and didnt give in to temptations and it resulted in me losing 4 pounds this week!!! soooo close to being out of the 190's! Next week!! :bigsmile:
LOWS OF LAST WEEK: probably could have exercised a bit more instead of craping out in the evening and chosing to watch tv instead. but other than that I think i did pretty good this past week. not gonna beat myself up!
HOW TO IMPROVE (THE LOWS): Keep picturing how great I am going to look and feel at the end of all this. 8 weeks is really not that long. gotta just deal with not watching as much tv! ha. crunch time!
I am not sure if i have a number goal to hit by thanksgiving. But my husband and I are going to NYC on the 13-15 of November. So I am just trying to get to the best spot that I can by then. That is my next little deadline date. Then its straight pushing myself until christmas!!! gotta hit that 170 goal!!0 -

Still losing, total of 15 pounds down, dont want to drop out of challenge because it is very motivating for me, not sure Im going to get to 126 from 149 today by christmas but am ok with that, Ive already lost 15 pounds during this challenge and if I lose 15 more I will be pleased because 126 isnt my final goal anyway, and to be honest 15 pounds for this challenge period would not disapoint me. I am smaller than I was in the summer when I visited family and theyll be impressed when I come for Christmas regardless.0

APROX MINUTES OF WEEKLY EXERCISE: only about 200. maybe closer to 300. not really sure. had a busy week. but walked and did 30DS when i could.
HIGHS OF LAST WEEK: I am feeling really good about myself right now. I feel right on track and very proud of what I have accomplished so far!
LOWS OF LAST WEEK: Caved in a little and had a steak and cheese sub (6" on wheat) for lunch one day. Not a HORRIBLE choice given that I eat good almost all the time. But since I have been eating so much better lately, I dont think my stomach was really up for it cause it did NOT set well with me and now I am affraid to eat anything else like that again. ha. i guess thats a good thing..? ha.
HOW TO IMPROVE (THE LOWS): Just continue to make good choices and think of how i am going to feel after eating the wrong choice, not necessarily how great it is going to taste going down. :laugh:

Aprox Minutes of Exercise: 571 minutes (9.5 hours) and 6,633 calories burned
Highs of last week: started doing workout classes during my lunch break at work - mixing it up with taebo, zumba, yoga, core training, and P90X. It really helped split up the day in a productive way!
Lows of last week: felt like I was hit by a bus after getting the flu shot - took 2 days off of exercise, slept around 23 hours in two days (UNHEARD OF FOR ME). during that time I made some rough food choices (wings, pizza, and hot dogs)
How to Improve (the lows): not eat like a teenage boy???
By the way - I joined a 5,000 calorie/week burn group for November to stay motivated to keep burning those calories. If that won't keep me going through the holidays, I don't know what will!!0 -

LOWS OF LAST WEEK: Had a rough food weekend. Felt like i ate everything i could. First weekend really doing that though so i just consider it a free weekend since i have been doing so well and will move on!
HOW TO IMPROVE (THE LOWS): Self Control!! Just because other people in the house want to buy 'bad' foods and eat them does NOT mean that i need to eat them as well. :noway:
Less than a week left now until my husband and i are heading to NYC. buckling down this week so i can go out and buy some new lingerie at the end of the week!! :bigsmile:0
