Great, now I have to take my laptop to work with me so I can read the entire original thread.
I'm PMSing today and could really use the laugh.

I agree with you that if you eat anything more than you should you gain weight but maybe it depends on the person I personally ate a lot of fruit the last time I was on a lifestyle change I ate a lot of vegetables a lot of fruit at 8 maybe like six seven bananas per day and I ate a lot of shrimp a lot of corn and high carbs and protein stuff and I managed to lose 70 pounds in 10 months and I didn't just get skinny I got very toned so I believe its up to the person so I wouldn't really consider it a bad advice
"protein doesn't make you fat" and " fruits are natural so don't worry about the sugar". *Sigh* anything eaten over a calorie limit will turn to fat, protein or fruit. yes you can get fat from eating too much fruit. yes you can get fat from eating too much protein. so many myths. as an aside, i'm always surprised when people don't realize that vegetables are carbs. i dont see that much here on MFP but i do in the real world.

Omg I have NEVER laughed so much at a thread on a forum. I literally laughed til I cried and nearly peed myself. Page 7 onwards is the most classic material for cheering up!

I got to the part where this makes sense. My head hurts and I am sad for humanity now.

"How do I log sex in my exercise log?"

Sorry, but unless you're a porn star, you probably burn more calories putting the groceries away:laugh:

This reminds me fo another EPIC thread some time ago.... someone posted some bad advice, and when her diary was looked at, she's actually logged teaspoons of sperm!!!

    AH HAHAHA!!!!

That a 90% protein based diet was a feasible idea, and how it had significant weight loss and health benefits. Also how losing 3lbs a week was a good idea.
