    ive seen people advocating to skip entire meals or to replace meals with diet soda/sugar free redbull. That's not healthy :(

    "protein doesn't make you fat" and " fruits are natural so don't worry about the sugar". *Sigh* anything eaten over a calorie limit will turn to fat, protein or fruit. yes you can get fat from eating too much fruit. yes you can get fat from eating too much protein. so many myths. as an aside, i'm always surprised when people don't realize that vegetables are carbs. i dont see that much here on MFP but i do in the real world.
