    Well, we got some sunshine here in Pittsburgh!! Still cold, mind you but it sure does make you feel better!! I just got back from my step class a little bit ago. It was great! I just love the energy!! I picked up the BL power sculpt dvd, I'll have to let you know how it is!

    I've not heard of the flirtgirl dvd's, I'll have to look into them! I'm always lookin for something new to motivate!

    I'm seriously considering doing a 5k. I'm going to do some research & see what I need to do to train for it. My understanding is that it's a little more than 3 miles. Has anyone ever done one & have any thoughts or words of wisdom??

    I went walking yesterday... my HRM showed 540...YAY!

    Today it's cloudy and I feel like being under my covers.... restday.

    sanifrey - I love stepclass, I'm doing one tomorrow. The instructor at my gym is AWESOME!

    Nicole - :drinker: you are a Trooper! I wish you were my workout partner...:laugh:

    YES... I did legs, my got does my BUM hurt... i think i tore my but muscle... is that possible?

    I DID however reach an new max with leg press, 560lbs... WOOOT! YAY ME...

    did you workout? what did you do? and was it GREAT? did you get that feelling afterwards? you know the one, like "AAahhhhhhhh"?

    I've done a lil strength training this morning and rode the bike for a couple minutes. getting back into the routine. will try the intervals on my gazelle tonight. thanks for the idea Nicole. I think I will every other day them with an hour on it. That's my plan anyway.

    My name is suzanne.I just wanted to say hi.I really need a fitness buddy too.May I please join here?Do you just report your workouts here?I am here to I hope get more motivated to workout and watch what I eat.I never really quit working out.I'm just not doing enough of any thing to see any gains or results.Yes,I have gotten complacent.LOL.I do toning.But I haven't been real motivated to do too much Aerobic cardio activity or watch my diet.My diet is terrible.My down fall is pizza hut.LOL. I hope to meet new friends and get in great shape. :smile:

    i got my workout in today!!! i did p90 level 1....sculpt, sweat and ab ripper!!! its a great workout but not as intense as i was hoping!!! i think i will do level 2 tomorrow!! i hope i start seeing some results soon...its been almost 4 weeks now since i lost any weight!!! i cut back my calories to 1200-1300, so i hope that helps!!! welcome to everybody new and keep on movin!!!

    I could use someone or someones to help me get my behind out of the house and work out. I just had foot surgery though, so does anone know any good no impact exercises. Wheelchairs are great for the upper body, but really bad for your lower body.

    I got my workout done early today! I did my BL power sculpt video for weeks 3 & 4. It was pretty fun! It really keeps you moving!! Then I jumped on the treadmill for a 530 calorie burn! I'm feelin' great now!

    It's a beautiful day here in Michigan, some and my 4 year old were outside making a snowman. I can't walk yet, so she keeps bombing me with snowballs. The crawling around in snow was actually hard work though. A couple of hours of this and I definitely hit my workout for the day. Exercise outside vs. inside is so much fun!:laugh:

    i just got my workout in!!!! i first started out with p90 level 2, sweat.....but after 10 minutes i was just not feelin it so then i did taebo cardio curcuit!! i am soo proud of myself cause i really wasnt feeling like workin out today because my daugther woke up sick at 2 am and then my baby woke up early, so i am really tired plus i am getting sick!!!! but i decided to workout rather than take a nap and i am sooo glad i did!!! have a great weekend and keep up those workouts!!!!:drinker:

    Hi everyone.
    I hope you feel better.I walked all over the big mall yesterday.I was deffinantly worked out.I walked in wallmart all day and grocery shopping today.I will say that is my workout.I'm exhausted.LOL.I did not watch what I ate today.I am starting to watch my diet tommorrow.I do not do well with diets.But I need to now.:smile:

    Why are Mondays so hard to get motivated??
    I was able to get my workout done even though I totally wasn't "feelin it" at all!! I did BL Cardio Max (with just the music - no instructor - kinda cool that way) & then I jumped on the tread mill for another 15 minutes to finish! 526 calories burned according to my Polar!
    I still have to do my pushup challenge starting week 6!!

    Keep movin!! :drinker:

    i just did my workout....30 day shred, level 3. i dont know why mondays r always a drag??? today was especially hard for me cause i am sick..i cant breath and my nose is running like a faucet.....i know that if i can do today, all of u can!!!! i kinda took it easy, but atleast i did something!! keep up those workouts and i will be back tomorrow!!!

    With a name like "ab ripper" you'd think it would be super intense:tongue:
    I did 100 cruches, some upper arm and shoulder stuff and some lunges and squats, and of course the Flirty Girl!!

    For those of you who were wondering, it is kind of like a porno gone wrong, lol. It's a striptease workout that I highly reccomend doing when no one is around!

    LOL!! The last time we were talking about it, I looked it up online & realized that OOPS that isn't one I can do in front of my little ones, so I won't be getting that one anytime soon!! More power to ya!! :wink: :wink:
