    OK Team I'm a tech junkie!!! I have an iPod, iPhone and iPad LOL anyway while looking at this Tabata training video, I was thinking hmmmmm I may need a timer of some sort... I looked up some on my iPad and found a few free Timers that I thought I would share:

    1. Tabata Timer (free for a limited time only)
    2. Tabata Lite

    I've never done Tabata in my life and watching the videos had me super geeked!!! LOL

    Just trying my logo.....unlike some others on here, I'm NOT a techie and can never tell if something's going to work that I try!! hahhaha!!! Give me a "rah-rah" status and I'm good....ask me to do something unusual on the computer and....well....sometimes it works...ha!!!
