O.k. so here's my fit test results from Day 1:
Switch Kicks: 55
PowerJacks: 20
Power Knees: 40
Power Jumps: 15
Globe Jumps: 4
Suicide Jumps: 8
Push Up Jacks: 16
Low Plank Oblique: 8
I felt like such a weenie. Next fit test will definately be a ton better. This is my first round of Insanity and I was starting to think I just might be insane for doing it but I'm all in! My husband and I made a commitment to each other Gettin Insane for the next 60 days. I can honestly say I feel really great considering I hurt in places I've never hurt in before and never sweat so much in my entire life. . . craziest thing happened. . . I kinda liked it. : ) The more I sweat the harder I wanna push myself. We completed day 4 this morning and I was so relieved it was a slow day was an awesome surprise . . . kinda lilke hitting the reset button mid-week so we can Bring it tommorrow. Woo Hoo! Can't wait! Let's see some fit test results!0 -

Make sure you take your before and after photos. And record all your measurements. You will need those for your free T-shirt! Plus it's a great way to track your weight lose other then the scale.
And you will definitely see a huge difference over time. Just keep digging deep!0 -
Here are my starting numbers, which is funny the first round of Insanity before my surgery were about the same. I had ran 7 miles the day before I did my fit test last Sunday.

Decided instead of a second recovery day - I'm going to go home and do Insanity Upper Body Strength from the Deluxe Version. I'm so glad I added the Deluxe, they are three of my favorite DVD's.0 -
I thought about starting Insanity (have it in there on the table). How long with warmup and cooldown is the program? I started day 1 of Ripped in 30 today. Wonder if it'd be too crazy to do them both.. one in a.m, one in p.m. I'd love the shirt from Insanity lol0

Just did my Fit test! Woo! I feel great! I pushed myself HARD! Here are my results:
Switch Kicks: 128 (or 64 if you do it by set)
Power Jacks: 63
Power Knees: 112
Power Jumps: 53
Globe Jumps: 13
Suicide Jumps: 21
Pushup Jacks: 23
Low Plank Oblique: 49
To give you an idea...here are my fit test results from July 2010 and July 2011:
Switch Kicks: 122 (61) and 123 (61.5)
Power Jacks: 45 and 57
Power Knees: 100 and 103
Power Jumps: 30 and 40
Globe Jumps: 7 and 10
Suicide Jumps: 17 and 19
Pushup Jacks: 12 and 20
Low Plank Oblique: 28 and 36
In 2010 I couldn't do even 1 real pushup. By 2011 I could do 10 "real" pushups. I can now do 25 to 30 in a row. :-) It's AMAZING!!!! I am so impressed with how drastically all these workouts have changed my body. Thank you BeachBody.com!! lol. I love turbo fire and I love insanity!0 -

The fit test wipes you out, that's for sure! It's a workout in itself, so I wouldn't do another Insanity workout in the same day. Maybe if you REALLY feel up to it, do something a little different at a separate time of day, like going for a run or something. That's just me though0 -
Yay! So exciting! Can't wait to see how all you guys are doing. . . just finished Day 5, pure cardio is no joke! Hubby and I pushed through it. . . should've know something was up when Shaun T get's nervous. Still pushing play takin it day by day starting to see little changes in my body already so crazy didn't expect to see changes so soon. Woo Hoo!0

I am super excited to get home today and rock out day 5. Has anyone done this one yet? ...just noticed it is 55 minutes! YIKES! I may need to keep a mop handy!! I went out last night and bought a really great mat since I am doing this in the garage. Yes, a garage in August/September in FLORIDA!!!! LOL but I put in a high velocity fan too
Happy to see so far that even though I am getting sore....I am not in pain. It has not irritated my bad knee at all. Which I can only guess is because I am watching my form. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!

pure cardio is super intense but worth it. but yet, a mop WILL be necessary. lol
today is day 2 for me and i completed plyometric cardio circuit with a 436 calorie burn. :-) yay! i love my body bugg!
i feel really good. i lost another half a pound which makes me happy. :-) i'm so happy i have a couple people actually keeping me accountable. :-) good luck everyone! DIG DEEPER!0 -
Day 6 for me. Did Upper Body Weight Training instead of Pure Cardio Yesterday and Ran 8 miles this Am. Will do Yoga tonight and have off tomorrow for traveling. Sunday back to schedule of Cardio Power and Resistance.0

Wow! You guys are awesome. . . see some sweating phenoms out there. . . can't thank ya'll enough this extra support helps keep us working hard just knowing other people are doing the same exact thing. I wouldn't say it's starting to get easier but it is definately starting to wear on me . . . in a good way. I was starting to get discouraged haven't seen the scale move in a few days and this morning BAM! <1.3lbs> Woo Hoo! I'll take it. . . Writing your test results aren't a must type thing. But it is fun to look back on when you finish the program. Or later in the year to see how much you improved. So as far as do it over, that is completely your call.Depends how bad you want to compare.0 -

I just finished my first week on Insanity and I'm already starting to see some results. Ran a 5k this morning and beat my personal best time, which I think is due to all the intense cardio I've been doing over the past week.0

Yes be careful with the power jumps! I have some back problems myself. And the one night I was doing power jumps, felt a pain. Well I decided to tough it out and keep going instead of just stopping my workoiut.Well I had some seriously back pain for like 2 weeks.0
