    Wow. I'm on day 4 of this challenge and I must be very out of shape. Lol. The first day I did 60 squats then day 2 I did 80. I was so proud. Day 3 my legs where so sore I only did 30. Today my legs are so sore it hurts to sit down. I think I will have to keep working on this one. I'm hoping to work up to 100 by Halloween. I'll keep you all posted. :embarassed:

    I just started MFP three weeks ago, I have been walking for 1 hour every day. Now I realize I have to start working other parts of my body. Are you doing squats with dumbbell curls as well?

    Is anyone still doing this with me?? Got in only 50 yesterday but I did an hour of advanced step class followed by 1/2 hour body sculpt so I'm going to call it good!

    I do 100 squats Mon-Fri (I do them on my breaks at work). I don't usually do them on the weekend though. I've done 50 so far today (will do the other 50 on my afternoon break).

    100 done! Plus 100 lunges, 100 desk pushups and 100 tricep dips, and a few other random calesthenics.
