    I lost another pound this week to be at 186.0 this week ! That makes me 50 pounds since January ! Yea im deffently in for another challenge they keep me motivated !

    140.2 I'm pretty sure that'll go up next week since I did two fitness trainings this weekend (Zumba and Turbo Kick). My body is finally liking me again!

    09/19 = 181.2lb (82.2kg) - 0.7lb
    09/26 = 181.2lb (82.2kg) no change
    10/03 = 180.6lb (81.9kg) - weighed after having a cup of tea
    10/10 = 180.6lb (81.9kg) no change
    10/17 =
    10/24 =
    10/31 =
    Goal weight is 166.9lb (75.7kg)
    I am still here, i'm just finding life hard & trying to come though them as well as losing weight. I am glad i did not put any thing on last week, everything kept going wrong, i hit a all time low (the lowest so far in my life) & it is so hard to start pulling myself out but i am working on it. I am taking each day 1 day at a time.

    I forgot to weigh myself this morning. :laugh: I was just out of it this morning. I had to have my oldest daughter make my younger one's sandwiches for lunch today. I need to get it together.

    How are you all?
    I have been finding it difficult to stay on track, yesterday I brought a box of kabab meat with salad, I did eat all the salad first but most of the meat to. What a pig I was. I just hope it has not mucked up my weight as it was nearly 9pm when I was eating it.
