Happy Monday!!
Cardio: ran 5k (3.1 miles). 32 minutes. Felt good to start back on a regular running routine. Football practices aren't so draining anymore, so I plan to get 2 run sessions in a week, plus get strength training back in.

Strength: hamstrings and shoulders- lying leg curls, seated leg curls, shoulder press, side laterals, machine rear laterals. 8x8
