    Happy Monday!!

    Cardio: ran 5k (3.1 miles). 32 minutes. Felt good to start back on a regular running routine. Football practices aren't so draining anymore, so I plan to get 2 run sessions in a week, plus get strength training back in.

    Happy Tuesday! No clients this morning and 2 tonight. DD is going on a field trip to Sacramento today. I remember doing this back in the 70's.

    Cardio: Jog/run- 3 miles (400 calories)

    Strength: hamstrings and shoulders- lying leg curls, seated leg curls, shoulder press, side laterals, machine rear laterals. 8x8

    Assessment: Not a great eating day for me.

    Happy Humpday! 1 client this morning and strength class then TKO tonight. Almost done with "Spring cleaning" for the inside of the house. Tackle the outside next week.

    Cardio: Jog/walk- 3 mi (500 calories)

    Strength: chest- incline bench, Hammer bench, dips, seated flyes. 8x8

    Assessment: Had Thai for dinner last night.

    Strength: biceps and triceps- preacher curls, alternate curls, rope pressdowns, lying tricep extensions. 8x8

    Assessment: Been an up and down week.

    Bye week for football, so spent Saturday running much needed errands.

    Sunday: 3 games of softball in right field. No hits, but was walked and ran in a run off that.

    Food: too much junk this weekend. Have to get back on track.

    Strength: quads- leg press, squat, leg extension 8x8

    Assessment: Family party at Tomi's and it's hard to resist all you can eat seafood.

    Happy Thursday! No clients this morning and a 3 clients tonight. New month and headed into summer! DW is leaving to LA this morning to go compete in Pro Am Ballroom competition. Unfortunately me and DD can't attend because she doesn't want her to miss any school time.

    Saturday!!

    Football game: we won, 42-0. Game actually called in 3rd quarter by other team because they were worried about injuries (they didn't have enough players). I was on kick-off team.

    Food: too much restaurant food today.
