    ok guys i didnt log yesterdays exercise or todays but its cuz i didnt log food either ......but guess wat....as of today i have met the 24 hr goal. i stucj it out and actually made before the deadline. hope everyone else gets there. awesome job to those that already have made it and great job to everyone that tried. as long as the effort is there every little bit counts. way to go everybody:drinker:
