    Wow, your trainer must be a gun :-) Guess a trainer would know how hard to push without doing damage which is always a plus.

    I've done:
    bike ride
    walk
    ride
    shred
    ride again
    work
    ride

    for probably a total of about 1000 which is hands done the most I've earnt since I started logging walking to get from point a to b and the walking involved in working. Whoo hoo. Loving the bike too.

    20 minute walk to work
    40 minute walk on my lunch break. Aprx. 3.5mph

    Walked the doggie on Wed & Thurs. Eating well. Been gluten-free for a couple of weeks. Easing into Primal/Paleo, definitely more Primal. Started IF...intermittent fasting this week. I feel great. Definitely, a lot lighter eliminating wheat from my diet.
