Our Weigh In Day will be every Monday. There will be weekly questions, food & exercise challenges, and maybe even some contests!

    I was thinking about waiting until we got more members....but if you all are ready we can start one now? It may just be us...it seems like everyone else already has a group or is just not interested :cry:

    EXERCISE CHALLENGE 1:

    Post your goal calories burned on a normal day. The challenge is, everyday for a week (starting this Saturday & ending next Saturday) up your calories burned each day by 350-however many you can a day!
    Post how many calories you have burned at the end of each day!
    The person to burn the most calories in the week gets a special icon made for their signature!

    FOOD CHALLENGE 1:

    Go a week without drinking any soda, whether it be regular, diet, zero calorie. Doesn't matter NO SODA's! :laugh:
    Up your water intake by 2 glasses!

  • Today is normally my rest day, but I managed to burn 479 calories just playing the Wii :happy: Fun workout!
  • well guess i better put down the popcorn and get up and zumba idk how i am gonna burn a extra 350 whoooo this is gonna be one hell of a work out... the pop no problem extra water thats a little tuff lol i drink maybe 4 cups a day lol water makes my tummy hurt lol weird huh!!! Anyways I am ready thats what a challenge is all about

    today was a rest day for me so no calories burned on average i usually burn around 400-500 a day if not more... and i already failed on the soda challenge today.. yikes not off to a good start But bring on tomorrow.....

  • Alright so i burned a extra 419 calories doing a extra 40 mins of zumba and had no pop....... Saturday 3rd 2011 @ 11pm to 1230am lol it took me awhile lol

    Just Wii Sports for like an hour and a half :) The boxing one is a REALLY good workout plus I love the tennis one too!

    In March or April of this year I saw some pictures of me from Christmas time and I couldn't believe it. I'd always been adamant that I would NOT become my mother (who is morbidly obese) and realized I was headed right there. :ohwell: I've never been happier that I'm sticking with this so far. Almost 40 lb. down since April!
